- Considered an Invasive Specie across local farmlands up North.
- It's a Top-Tier South African Hardwood with a decent burn time.
- Has a Black or Red grain visible in the wood.
- Serves large raging flames once it has momentum.
- It's dry with a very low moisture content.
- Naturally seasoned outdoors in very dry conditions.
- Known for it's Unique Smoky flavour profile.
- Well suited for all Meats, Poultry and Fish.
- Also used for a regular Potjiekos pot or Social fire.
- Can be used indoors to keep your home warm when it's cold.
