• Considered an Invasive Specie across local farmlands up North.
• It's a Top-Tier South African Hardwood with a decent burn time.
• Has a Black or Red grain visible in the wood.
• Serves large raging flames once it has momentum.
• It's dry with a very low moisture content.
• Naturally seasoned outdoors in very dry conditions.
• Known for it's Unique Smoky flavour profile.
• Well suited for all Meats, Poultry and Fish.
