• Very dense with a vivid red appearance.
  
• Generates very high heat and creates coals.
• Smooth burn with a very fair burn time.
  
• Makes medium height, rapid burning flames.
• Low Moisture content in majority cases.
  
• Often nice large sizes supplied.
• It has smooth white or cream-coloured bark.
• A tall evergreen tree 18-40m high tree with a spreading crown.
• Red River Gum is an Invasive Species in Southern Africa.
• The wood is often used in rot resistant applications, as stumps, fence posts and sleepers.
